He’s smart. He’s cute. He’s Dexter Morgan, America’s favorite serial killer who spends his days solving crimes and his nights committing them. During season 8, Angel Batista wasn’t always played by David Zayas. His son, David Zayas Jr., takes over for his father in some shots, as the two look a lot alike. During the first season, Dexter has a large scar on his left side. Later in season 2, the scar moved to his right side, leaving his left side featureless. Dexter Morgan: I lived in the dark for a long time. Over the years, my eyes adjusted until the darkness became my world and I didn’t see… the 64th Golden Globe Awards (2007). Main Theme Written by Rolf Kent Performed by Rolf Kent. Dexter is easily one of my favorite TV shows of all time and one of the few shows that I can watch over and over again without getting bored. It’s hard to put into words how much I love this show. The only thing that’s not great about it is the ending. The ending was pretty bad, but that still doesn’t detract from how good the show is overall. You should see this show because Michael C. Hall will appear exclusively as Dexter. He is amazing in this. If you haven’t watched this amazing series yet, just give yourself plenty of time because you will want to watch it ASAP. Once you start watching, you won’t be able to stop.
